The main character of the story. Yui is a half-breed angel with one purple wing and one white wing. His eyes, correspondingly, are red and blue. He doesn't know what became of his parents, only that he was raised at an orphanage in the town of Garta, constantly being teased and picked on by the other children because of his appearance. Fortunately for him, he was taken in by the benevolent Seraph, who continued to raise him in the castle and is now his best friend. Because of his past, Yui can be very bitter at times and rarely seems to be happy.

Delilah, more commonly referred to as "teacher" is the owner of the orphanage where Yui was raised, and neither of them ever had much of a liking for the other. She's mean and strict because her parents weren't very nice either... and were very strict about everything so she didn't have much fun as a kid. She also hates children... and men. When she was married once, a long time ago, her husband's dream was always to have an orphanage and help the little children. When he died she fulfilled his dream, even though she hates children. X3 She always tried to tie her hair back, but it doesn't always work out right so it's usually pretty messy. XD

The cute little pink-haired girl that Yui took a liking too and intended to adopt. Some of you might be wondering why the other kids picked on her... with Yui it was because of his wings and his eyes, with Gena it's just because she's shy and doesn't really like to play with the other kids and she's not very good at standing up for herself either, so she got teased a lot.

The ever-hyper Wanashi, personal assistant and close friend of the Seraph. He does have a serious side, but acts happy and carefree most of the time. When the Seraph adopted Yui, Wanashi helped to raise him, so in a way he's like one of Yui's parents,
as much as Yui hates to admit it.
